Ceregene offers an attractive and competitive benefits package to all regular full-time employees.

Medical Insurance and Prescription Coverage

The Company provides three options for medical/prescription coverage: Blue Shield HMO, regular PPO, or high deductible PPO with a health savings account option. All options offer a large provider network. The PPO's offer greater flexibility in access to physicians.

Dental Insurance

Ceregene offers a comprehensive dental plan provided by Principal. The plan allows access to any dentist of your choice through the indemnity option or to dentists participating in the PPO option.

Vision Plan

Vision benefits are provided through Vision Services Plan (VSP), which offers annual vision exams and corrective lenses for a $20 co-pay for exam and $20 co-pay for materials, with frames or contacts covered up to $120.

Employees contribute a very small percentage toward the cost of medical, dental and vision benefits.

Domestic Partner Insurance

Qualified domestic partners of gay and lesbian employees will be eligible for the same health insurance benefits available to spouses of employees.

Life, AD&D, STD and LTD Insurance

Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Short-Term Disability Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance are benefits that are 100 percent employer-paid.

401(k)

Ceregene offers a 401(k) retirement plan and includes a  matching program to encourage employees to participate in this retirement savings plan.

Stock Option Plan

Ceregene has an incentive stock option program. The granting of options to eligible employees is subject to program guidelines and approval by the Board of Directors.

Employee Assistance Program

Ceregene offers a confidential counseling and referral service that utilizes a network of licensed practitioners and other trained professionals. A telephone consultation service provides referral for dependent/elder care programs, legal services, financial issues, and more.

Flexible Spending Plan

Ceregene employees are allowed the opportunity to deduct certain expenses before taxes, such as out-of-pocket medical expenses or dependent care expenses.

Paid Time Off

Ceregene offers employees a variety of paid time off programs including pay for vacation, sick time, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.
